Returns & Refund Policy

 At Touchstone Gallery, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online order, we are happy to assist you.

Online Orders (Website Purchases Only)

All online purchases are subject to a 30-day return policy:

- Notification: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item.

- Return Window: The item must arrive at Touchstone Gallery within 15 days of your return request approval.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping, packaging, and insurance costs.

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item. If it is in its original condition, we will process your refund promptly. If there are any concerns, we will contact you via email. Please note that this policy applies only to website purchases and not to in-person sales.

In-Gallery Purchases (In-Person Sales)

Purchases made in person follow a separate 30-day policy provided at the time of sale. To initiate a return, please contact the specific gallery where the purchase was made for approval and the correct shipping address (if shipping out of state), unless you are returning the item in person.

Damaged Items (Online Orders Only)

If an online order arrives damaged, do not return the item to the gallery. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file an insurance claim. While ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment, all items are fully insured.
